亂倉打鳥 for Windows

在 Mac 上用 OpenVanilla，在 Linux 上用 gcin 都可以很容易新增亂倉打鳥輸入法
現在，亂倉打鳥也支援 Windows 系統了
* Windows 使用者請利用 “程式集–附屬應用程式–通用輸入法編輯工具” 來產生 .IME 檔，說明如下：
下載回 http://cle.linux.org.tw/candyz/NewCJ3Win.zip 後，請先解壓縮後把 NewCJ3Win.txt 放到 C:\ 底下 (這點很重要，不然，若放到中文目錄下時，會發生錯誤的狀況)
最大組字字根數目請調成 “5″
