越來越多的 irc channel 慢慢的移到 irc.freenode.net 上了
且很多 channels 也已經改用 UTF-8 而不是 Big5 編碼了

註冊 nickname

[#candyz] /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password

註冊 channel

[#candyz] /msg ChanServ REGISTER #candyz password
[#candyz] /msg ChanServ IDENTIFY #candyz password
[#candyz] /msg ChanServ ACCESS #candyz list
[#candyz] /msg ChanServ LEVEL #candyz list

自動取得 op

查看 channel 的 INFO
