在 金蘋果的網站 看到的
真是拼了
還好，一直都沒衝動買下去
還是再等等，因為我要 Airport and Bluetooth 都內建的新機種

剛剛在 The days start here 看到 Google Talk quietly updates itself to 1.0.0.66
然後我去打開我的 Windows，的確，Google Talk 有關閉再重新啟動
不過我沒有什麼防毒軟體，所以什麼都沒偵測到

在 Applewoods 那裡看到的 NewsFire 1.2b3 中文化套件
雖然現在最新的是 1.2 Beta4 版
但是該中文化套件還是可以用的
有需要的人可以去下載回去用

在 Podcasting News 看到的 Linux Music Player Features Podcast Support
就是 KDE 底下的這套 amaroK 程式

在 Taiwan.CNET.com 看到的 Creative贏得MP3介面專利
這是什麼專利啊？

該介面「讓使用者藉可攜式媒體播放器螢幕上顯示的三個以上之連續視窗，至少選擇一首曲目播放」。舉例來說，使用者若先點選歌手姓名，播放器隨之列出該歌手所有專輯的名稱，選取專輯後，再列出該專輯的所有曲目。

這樣，像 iPod 或是我現在用的 SE W800i 應該都有用到這樣的界面

歷史的例子告訴我們，當一家公司拼不過別人時，實在沒有辦法的情況下，就會拿什麼專利等有的沒的來告告告
唉…

就像 SCO 玩不下去了，就來告 Linux 的廠商一樣

搞了一大堆專利，版權，這到底是好事還是壞事？
